Do not answer customer service, although they do call you back. Zero flexibility in customer service. Stupidly I renewed through Chitter Chatter. Queue Chitter Chatter. I was initially nervous to order from a company who I had virtually never heard of, but my doubts were unfounded and Chitter Chatter exceeded my expectations. The best offers, great communication and next day delivery - what more could you ask for?
